A Poem To ADA

“Amidst the vast expanse of the Atlantic's might,

Waves ripple and roam, shimmering in the moonlight.

Gems from our depths, Treasures to be sold,

Sparkle and gleam, in shades of white and gold,

Pearls and sapphires, from the ocean's floor,

Splendors of the abyss, just behind our door.

Hooped treasures loop, capturing the essence of the sea

Born inside a whirlpool, shining for all to see

A dance of elegance, craftsmanship , and care

To pass over such jewels, one mustn’t dare!

A promise to every ship on our harbor that docks,

Through the way of our waves, the polishing of rocks

The magic of the Atlantic, through time enduring,

Is held in the curve of an earring and is just as alluring”
